  • Check if the battery is charged - if so, try another battery to confirm whether it is the tool or battery that isn’t working.
  • Inspect your Drill for dust build up - if there, we recommend removing debris from your Drill with a clean paint brush, Blower or rag.
    • Don’t use cleaning solvent sprays as moisture could make its way into the mechanics of the Drill and cause further damage.
  • If your Drill has stalled, it may be because it’s overloaded - release the trigger immediately and wait for the Drill to cool down and leave un-attended for the next 30 minutes.
  • Confirm you’re using the right accessories for your task, or that, your accessory doesn’t require replacing.
  • Make sure your Drill Bit sits tight in the chuck, and the tool is set to Forward Motion when drilling or driving.
  • Your Drill may be overheating or requiring too much power Drill to complete the task – this occurs when you push the Drill or driver beyond its working capacity.
  • The Drill or the battery may reach a point where it will stop because it is working beyond its capacity. If the tool stops because of this reason the tool LED may flash (on Brushless models) and the trigger will not engage the tool.
  • Remove the battery from the tool and check the battery indicator lights for charge level. If low, it may need to be re-charged before continuing. If warm or hot in hand, the battery may need to cool down before continuing.
  • Otherwise re-engage the battery into the tool and squeeze the trigger under no load to check if the tool is functioning correctly, then continue working, making sure to back off the speed or load on the tool.
