Topping Up Air in the RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP Brushless 30–34° Framing Nailer

After approximately 20,000–25,000 nails, the internal air reservoir may need to be topped up to maintain optimal performance.

To top up the air:

  1. Remove the battery from the tool to ensure safety.
  2. Use the on-board Allen key to remove the cover and access the air inlet valve — this looks similar to a car or bicycle tyre valve.
  3. Use one of the following tools to top up the air:

                 o    A RYOBI inflator, pre-set to 125 PSI.
o    An air compressor fitted with a tyre inflator and pressure gauge, also set to 125 PSI.

Note:
If the tank is accidentally overfilled, the built-in safety overflow valve will automatically release excess pressure to prevent damage.
