RYOBI 18V ONE+ 184mm Mitre Saw's handle won't move

Safety First 

• Disconnect the battery before making any adjustments. 
• Wear eye protection and gloves to avoid injury. 
   

1. Do not force the handle 
   • forcing it can damage the tool. 
2. Locate Locking pin and disengage it 
   • The most common cause is the locking pin not fully engaged or disengaged, which obstructs movement. 
3. Check the locking pin position: 
   • Pull the pin fully out to unlock the handle. 
   • Push the pin fully in to lock the handle for storage or transport.
