What is it?

  • The Power-Take-Off feature (PTO), allows you to connect suitable electric tools directly into the workshop vacuum's power outlet, while also being connected to the dust extraction hose

How it works:

  • The tool you're connecting can't exceed 900 watts, which you can find on the tool's rating label
  • Exceeding this power limit will cause the PTO to overload - if this happens, reset it by pressing the Overload Reset button
  • To activate the PTO outlet, move the mode switch to position two.
  • Then when you turn on your tool, the workshop vacuum will automatically start up providing a nice and clean environment as you work.
  • Then when you're finished, all you need to do is turn the tool off.
  • The vacuum will continue to run for a few more seconds to allow for all the remaining dust to be sucked through the hose before automatically turning off.
