How to Remove a Router bit to a RYOBI Trim Router

Before removing a router bit, turn off and disconnect the Trim Router from its power source (battery or AC). 

For best access to the collet, remove the adjustable base. 

1. Press and hold the spindle lock button, located above the collet. 
2. Using the supplied wrench, unscrew the collet nut in an anti-clockwise direction to loosen and remove both the nut and the collet.
