Step Action
First use clamps to secure the material checking the cutting line is clear of what you’re clamping to. Then use the track clamp to secure the track to the material.
Then remove the riving knife. Now set the bevel angle to 0 degrees. This is very important as not doing so could result in loss of control of the saw.
Set the depth control lever to the plunge setting and adjust the depth of cut so that the teeth of the blade are exposed no more than 6mm below the bottom of the material. This allows for maximum cutting efficiency.
Now secure the saw to the track and install the battery.
Position the saw squeeze the trigger.
Allow the blade reach full speed before plunging the saw downwards.
Slowly press the saw handle down as it enters the material until full depth is reached before moving the saw forward.
For safety, once releasing the trigger, allow the blade to come to a complete stop before raising the blade out of the material.
