To connect an air hose or tool:

| 1 | Make sure the air compressor is turned off and unplugged from the power source. |
| 2 | Rotate the pressure regulator knob fully counter-clockwise. |

| 4 | Attach the male hose connection to the 6.35mm (1/4 in.) coupler on the air compressor. Make sure to push the male hose connector firmly into the female coupler. The connector sleeve will then spring forward and lock the male connector in to place.

| 5 | With a firm grip, pull out the quick connect air fitting that is attached to the quick coupler. |
