Can’t tighten screw into anchor when installing RYOBI LINK

This usually occurs if a Drill Bit larger than 9mm was used, creating a hole that's too large.
The maximum Drill Bit and hole size for the RYOBI LINK Wall Anchors is 9mm.
If you've used a larger Drill Bit, install another wall anchor using a 9mm Drill Bit.
Make sure it's distanced at least 20mm away from the original hole, so the original anchor area doesn't interfere.
