Why is the red light flashing on my RYOBI 18V HP Garden Vacuum & Sweeper?

- The red light is a safety feature that prevents the motor from running when the tube is removed.
- It’s important that the locking pin is screwed in all the way to finger-tight.
- To stop the flashing light, wind the locking pin in finger-tight until the LED goes out.
