This could be caused by a blockage in the tube. To check and clear this:

  • First remove the battery.
  • Then remove the main tube and check for any small sticks that might be stuck inside by looking through the tube. These are a common cause of leaves building up reducing air flow and causing blockages.

Check the battery has charge

  • Press the fuel gauge button at the front.
  • If there is only one LED on and/or is blinking it means it's flat and needs to be recharged.

Check the mode lever:

  • It needs to be fully in the up position, which is for vacuum mode.

Check the collection bag:

  • Make sure it isn't full, as this will cause loss of suction.
  • The bag may be dirty - which over time, will develop a build-up of dirt within its fibres and may need washing. To clean the bag, turn it inside-out and the plastic sleeve removed, give it a light spray with your garden hose and hang it out to fully dry before using it again.
