Why is the belt loose on my Ryobi Belt Sander?

- If the belt is loose, even after you push back the tensioning lever of your Ryobi Belt Sander, it is most likely because the belt is too big.
- Belt Sanders come in several sizes - refer to your owner’s manual to know what size belt fits your model because they’re not interchangeable.
