How can we help?

There are a couple of possible causes as to why the auto feed isn't working in your RYOBI Thickness Planer, resulting in the rollers requiring replacement from a service agent:

• It could be caused by general wear if the machine is older or the rollers are damaged from allowing them to do all the work without ample support of feeding the timber through the machine.
• When feeding the wood, it’s important to assist the rollers – but don’t force the timber through. And don’t let them do all the work either, otherwise you'll wear the rollers out very quickly.
