Battery Charging Troubleshooting Guide
Battery Too Hot
- After extended tool use, the battery may be too warm to charge.
- If the charger shows the battery is not ready (single flashing red light, no green light), give it 30min to cool.
- Wait until the battery cools down before charging.
Environment Too Hot
- Try to keep the temperature of battery storage and charging locations between 10°C and 37°C.
Dirty Battery or Charger Contacts
- Dirt or debris can prevent proper charging.
- Inspect and clean contacts on both battery and tool.
- Use a dry cloth to remove visible debris.
Battery Stored Flat (uncharged)
- Storing batteries with no charge can reduce lifespan.
- Store with at least 2 bars (30-50%) of charge on the gauge.
Tool or Charger Issue
- The problem may not be with the battery.
- Test the battery in other tools or chargers to isolate the issue.
