What direction to fit the sanding belt on a RYOBI Belt Sander

Follow directional arrows 

On the inside of every sanding belt, you’ll see directional arrows. 
Fit the belt so the arrows match the direction indicated on the side of the tool. 
The position of these arrows may vary between models.
