What battery is best to use with a RYOBI Nailer or Stapler?

The recommended battery for all Fastener tools is the RYOBI 18V ONE+ Compact 4.0AH Battery (RB1840C) – it has a good balance of power, runtime and weight.
However any battery from the RYOBI ONE+ range is suitable. Just note that higher capacity batteries will provide a longer runtime, but are heavier.
Make sure that any battery you decide to use is fully charged to ensure the best product experience.
