Safety First

  • Always remove battery before making adjustments to the tool

  1. Check the charge level
    • Check the charge level. If low or empty, recharge.
  2. Check the tool
    • Inspect the socket/anvil for any wear or obstructions.
  3. Check the battery
    • Test the battery by trying it in another tool or in the charger.  This will check to see if the battery is at fault.
  4. Overheated tool/battery
    • If the tool is used continuously under heavy load, the battery will cut out (overheat protection) to protect the tool and battery from damage.
    • Simply wait 30min for the tool/battery to cool.

If the issue is not resolved and the tool is still within the warranty period, return it to Bunnings along with your receipt or proof of purchase for a warranty assessment.
