• Check if your power outlet is working. The electric current might not come through to your unit if the power outlet is faulty.
• Ensure the plug of the unit is firmly plugged into the power outlet. A loose connection between the plug and power outlet could stop the gun from working.
• Check for damage to the power cord and untangle any knots
• Using an extension lead longer than 25m with a 10A rating could be the cause due to power drop off - when using corded products, always make sure that extension leads with a 10A rating do not exceed 25M

If the issue persists and your product is still within the warranty period, take it back to the retail store along with your receipt or proof of purchase for warranty assessment.
