• Ensure the unit is plugged in to mains power correctly.
• There are 2 temperature levels for RYOBI Heat Guns - check if you have selected one of the temperature levels. The unit takes 1 to 2 minutes to heat up - allow enough time for the gun to prepare itself.

If the issues persist and your product is still within the warranty period, take it back to the retail store along with your receipt or proof of purchase for warranty assessment.
