If Your RYOBI Dual Bevel Mitre Saw Handle Won’t Move Freely 

1. Do not force the handle — forcing it can damage the tool. 
2. The most common cause is the locking pin not fully engaged or disengaged, which obstructs movement. 
3. Check the locking pin position: 
   • Pull the pin fully out to unlock the handle. 
   • Push the pin fully in to lock the handle for storage or transport.
