• Do not force the handle — forcing it can damage the tool.
• The most common cause is the locking pin not fully engaged or disengaged, which obstructs movement.
• Check the locking pin position:

 *Pull the pin fully out to unlock the handle.
 *Push the pin fully in to lock the handle for storage or transport.
