Nailer Troubleshooting Checklist

• Always disconnect the tool from the air supply 
• Keep the tool always pointed away from yourself and others. 

1. Check for Fasteners 

• Release the magazine latch. 
• Inspect the magazine to ensure it contains nails. 

2. Verify Nail Compatibility 

• Confirm you're using the correct gauge nails for your specific nailer model. 
• Most Nailers are designed for a specific nail size and may not operate properly with incompatible fasteners. 

3. Clear Jams 

• If a jam occurs: 

  ○ Open the magazine and remove all nails.
  ○ Use a flat-head screwdriver or pointed pliers to carefully remove the jammed nail. 

4. Check Air Supply (Pneumatic Models) 

• Ensure the air hose is securely connected to the tool. 
• Verify the tool is receiving the correct air pressure as specified in the user manual.

If the issue persists and your tool is still within the warranty period, return it to Bunnings with your receipt or proof of purchase for a warranty assessment.
