How can we help?

• Remove battery for inspecting the tool.
• Check if there are fasteners in the magazine by dislodging the magazine latch and inspecting it.
• Ensure the correct gauge nails for the Nailer are being used.
• Check for any jams. In the event of a jam, open the magazine, remove all the nails and use a flat head screwdriver to remove the jammed nail.
• Check that the battery is attached correctly to the tool to ensure the tool is powered.

If the issue isn’t resolved and it’s still within the warranty period, return it to Bunnings, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, for warranty assessment.
