The Ryobi app is compatible with all your favourite connected gardening tools. Connect and monitor all from the same place.

The mobile app is compatible with products that used the Ryobi GenControl and the Ryobi ride on mower applications, such as the Ryobi 36 volt and 18 volt Powerstation, and the 80 volt lithium 30, 42 and 54 inch ride on mowers.

Download the Ryobi app from the apple Appstore for i o s, or from the Google play store for android devices.

You can also find a link to the app if you follow the QR code attached to each Powerstation.

Once installed, the home page will direct you to mobile compatible Ryobi product pages, the connected page is where you can add and control Ryobi Bluetooth compatible products, and the contact page has support, settings, a store locator and our terms and conditions.

To connect the new 18 volt eight port Powerstation, go to the connected page and select the power station, you have two connection options, automatically detect, which will try to find the product if blue tooth services are on and in range and manually select.

To connect the Powerstation you will have to enter the products serial number located on the products rating label. The Ryobi Powerstations have the serial rating label on the side of the product under the handle.

The 80 volt ride on mowers have their serials on rating labels next to their seats.

Once the serial of the product is entered some helpful pairing instructions will guide you through the connection process.

When successfully connected you can monitor the Powerstation input or output, manage basic functionality such as lights, L C D backlights, control shutdown timers and turn the A C power on and off.

If your tool won’t connect via Bluetooth, ensure your tool is Bluetooth-enabled and powered on, check that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device, make sure the tool is within range of your device, restart the app and attempt to reconnect. If the issue persists, clear the app cache, or uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can always contact the Ryobi team through the support channel in the Ryobi connect page within the mobile app
