RYOBI Airwave/Pneumatic Brad Nailer doesn't fire deep enough

Adjusting Fastener Depth & Troubleshooting Shallow Firing
 

Safety First 

• Always disconnect the air supply before making any adjustments
   
   

1. Increase the air pressure 

• Increase air pressure gradually in 0.5 bar increments, checking the result after each adjustment. 
• Ensure the air pressure regulator is not set higher than 90 psi (maximum).
   
   

2. Drive Depth Adjustment Procedure 

• Turn the depth adjustment knob clockwise(deeper) or Anti-clockwise(shallow) to modify the driving depth. 
• Drive a test fastener after each adjustment until the desired depth is achieved.
• Confirm that the Nailer/No-Mar Pad is fully depressed against the workpiece before pulling the trigger.
