Line will not advance when using the auto-feed head

Safety First: Remove the battery. 
Important: Always wear protective gloves before any maintenance. 

Insufficient Line on Spool 
If the line doesn’t feed, check the spool and install additional line as needed. Refer to the attached video for step-by-step instructions. 

Line Too Short 
If the line is worn down, press the line release button while gently pulling out more line to extend it to the proper length. 

Tangled Line on Spool 
A tangled spool can block line feed. Remove the line, untangle it, and rewind neatly in the correct direction, following the arrows on the spool. 

Line Fused Together 
If the trimmer line is stuck or won’t advance, it may be fused due to heat buildup. Apply silicone spray to loosen it and prevent future sticking.
