How to Remove A blade from A Ryobi Left-side Circular Saw

  1. ALWAYS disconnect the tool from power before starting. 
  2. Locate the on-board hex key that will be needed to remove the blade screw 
  3. Locate the spindle lock button, which prevents the spindle thread from moving. 
  4. Insert the hex key into the blade screw 
  5. With the spindle lock button pressed, loosen the blade screw by levering CLOCKWISE. 
  6. Loosen the blade screw CLOCKWISE by hand until it can be removed. 
  7. Remove the outer flange. 
  8. Lift up the lower guard & slide the blade out carefully, as the blade may be sharp.
