Collated nails and staples usually have glue on them to bind them together, which over time, can leave a residue on the magazine and the firing pin.
To remove residue:

| 2. | We recommend cleaning the magazine track with lubricant spray and wiping clean with a cloth. |
| 3. | For Nailers or Staplers which have a top latch, we recommend spraying lubricant onto the cloth and wiping clean the area around the latch and firing pin. |
