How to Change the Blade on a Tool-less Multi-Tool

1.    Power Down and Remove Battery

  • Switch off the tool and remove the battery pack to prevent accidental activation.
     

2.    Lift the Release Lever

  • Locate the blade release lever on the accessory mount.
  • Lift the lever fully to disengage the clamp.
     

3.    Remove the Locking Pin

  • Pull out the locking pin that secures the blade in position.
  • Carefully remove the existing blade.
     

4.    Fit the New Blade

  • Align the new blade with the mounting pins or notches.
  • Position the blade at the desired angle (most systems allow multiple positions).
  • Re-insert the locking pin 


5.    Lock the Blade in Place

  • Push the release lever back down until it clicks securely.
  • Check that the blade is firmly locked and does not move.


6.    Reconnect Power

  • Reinsert the battery pack.
  • Briefly run the tool to confirm the blade is secure before starting work.




Safety Tips

  • Always wear gloves when handling blades.
  • Never change accessories while the tool is powered.
  • Inspect blades for cracks or damage before use.
