How to Fit A blade onto A Ryobi Left-side Circular Saw

  1. ALWAYS disconnect the tool from power before starting. 
  2. Ensure the internal flange is placed on the spindle before fitting a circular saw blade 
  3. Lift the lower guard & slide the blade in position carefully, as the blade may be sharp. 
  4. Place the blade in position, ensuring it sits flush within the internal flange. 
  5. Place the outer flange over the blade & spindle, ensuring it sits flush on the spindle. 
  6. Fit the blade screw & tighten ANTI-CLOCKWISE by hand. 
  7. Locate the on-board hex key that will be needed to securely tighten the blade screw 
  8. Locate the spindle lock button, which prevents the spindle thread from moving. 
  9. Insert the hex key into the blade screw 
  10. With the spindle lock button pressed, tighten the blade screw by levering ANTI-CLOCKWISE.
