How do I set up the carpet washer before use?

Fit the handle securely, install the battery, and fill the water and solution tanks as shown in the getting started section. The cleaning solution tank should only be filled with diluted cleaning solution up to the max fill line.  

Before use, make sure the battery cover is closed and locked in place
