How to cut metal with a RYOBI Jigsaw

07/02/2025, 16:13

To cut metal, use the correct blade.

Usually, metal-cutting blades will have finer teeth.

It is recommended you practice the speed/pace of cutting metal in an offcut/scrap piece before attempting a cut on your intended work piece.

The Bi-Metal Jigsaw Blades are suitable for cutting metal. Use 10 TPI blades for rough cuts, and higher TPI counts (18 and 24) for fine and ultra-fine.

Ryobi sells a 20PC Wood & Metal Jigsaw Blade Set (RJBWM20S) Which gives you a wide variety of blades for your project.
